A credit card and a 20% non-refundable deposit are required to reserve an appointment. The deposit is generally applied to the service balance.

At least 48 hours of notice is required to retain your deposit as an account credit. A cancellation or reschedule within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may not be serviceable and may count as a late cancellation.

Arrive with hair clean, untangled, down and in its natural state, without styling products. Hair pulled up, braided or altered before the visit may require rescheduling.

If the selected service cannot proceed as booked, including due to incorrect service selection or hair condition, the appointment may need to be rescheduled under the published policy.

The salon asks that color and cut adjustment requests be made within two weeks of the original appointment.

Please inform your stylist of allergies and sensitivities before service. Discuss product and treatment concerns with the team.

Personal information and photo submissions should only be collected through the salon’s approved booking and consultation systems. Full legal privacy language requires migration and review before launch.
